OFFICE RELOCATION OF Oxford pharmagenisis

Oxford PharmaGenesis is a well-established, award-winning HealthScience communications consultancy providing services to the healthcare industry, professional societies and patient groups through our specialist practices.

Founded in 1998 they now employ more than 260 dedicated HealthScience experts in offices in Oxford, London, Cardiff, Basel, Philadelphia and Melbourne.

With their head office in Tubney, Oxfordshire, Oxford PharmaGenisis got in touch with us as they were looking to acquire a central Oxford office, whilst retaining their existing head office. Upon taking a detailed brief from Oxford PharmaGenisis we began by carrying out an in-depth search of potentially suitable office properties in central Oxford of between 6,000 - 7,500 sq. ft. and identified a shortlist to view.

It was agreed that two adjoining buildings in St Aldates Courtyard - Baldwin and Chamberlain House, offering 6,500 sq. ft. of office space was the perfect solution for their needs and Oxford PharmaGenisis instructed us to proceed negotiations to agree the most advantageous terms, available taking into account current market conditions.

Having agreed terms, we then instructed solicitors on behalf of Oxford PharmaGenisis and worked with them through to a successful lease completion.

They initially only occupied Baldwin House, with the intention of sub-leasing Chamberlain House until the full space was required, however they soon required both buildings. Both required alteration/fit-out works, of which we drafted a specification of works which was put out to tender and then oversaw the works until completion.
